How far in advance of the event do I order my invitations?

The ideal time frame is to order the invitations 2 to 3 months in advance, remember that our delivery times ranging from 2 to 3 weeks depending on the model chosen, quantity, etc.


When do I send my invitations?

Protocol indicates that invitations should be distributed our guests one month prior to the event. For guests who need to travel, they should be sent ten weeks in advance. If you plan to conduct the wedding in a remote destination, we recommend to send invitations eight to ten weeks prior to the date. With this estimate of time you confirm your attendance and you have sufficient margin to increase or decrease the number of people attending your wedding.


How do I deliver my invitations?

If guests are in the same city, the ideal is to deliver the invitations personally. If your guests live out of town, you should mail them. Make sure to choose a fast and secure mail service so invitations arrive on time to your guests.


Types of invitation and their wording:

• The bride and groom are responsible for choosing the design, typography and model of the invitations, according to the type of wedding they want to plan.

• Once you are clear on the invitation model you want, we must distinguish between those guests who will be attending the ceremony, who will be also invited to the reception and those who will be invited only to the party after 24 h.

• A participation is a communication about the ceremony and is sent to all those people with whom there is a social or sentimental commitment. In this case, the guest is not expected to attend.

• Save the date: If you are not yet finalized about the details but already have the wedding date, you can send a card to your guests announcing the day of the celebration.
